Step 1: Initial Contact
Prospective clients can reach out by phone, email, or preferably by filling out the contact form on this website. This first step helps me get a general idea of what you're looking for and the best way to follow up.
Step 2: Introductory Meeting
After your initial inquiry, I’ll reach out to schedule a one on one meeting. This can take place in person, over the phone, or via Microsoft Teams whichever is most convenient for you. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your business, the kind of support you’re looking for, and how I may be able to help. It’s also a chance for both of us to assess whether we’re a good fit to work together.
Step 3: Onsite Discovery Visit
If we both choose to move forward, the next step is a discovery visit to your workplace (if local and appropriate). This gives me a hands on understanding of your daily operations and the specific administrative tasks you'd like support with. This visit is free of charge and helps me learn how your business runs before committing to anything.
Step 4: Rate & Scope Discussion
Following the discovery visit, I’ll review what I’ve learned and provide a quote of the potential hourly rate based on the volume and complexity of the work. We’ll then have a follow up conversation by phone, Teams, or in person to finalize the details. This includes the number of hours or tasks expected, pricing, and the proposed length of the contract.
Step 5: Agreement, Training & Start Date
Once we’ve agreed on the terms, I’ll prepare a formal contract based on everything we discussed. After both parties sign, we’ll begin with a short in person training period at your business. This training gives me a chance to learn the tasks hands on, ask questions, and understand your preferred workflow before transitioning to working independently from my home office. This process can take a few weeks depending on the complexity of the tasks at hand.
During this time, I’ll also collect any remaining contact details and key instructions so I know who to reach out to in case I need clarification or encounter any issues once the work begins. After training is complete, I begin working on the official start date listed in the contract. From there, services are delivered smoothly and efficiently, as outlined in our agreement.
